Simon Haines is a Senior Manager with Deloitte’s HR Transformation Practice. 

Simon has 15 years’ experience enabling blue-chip businesses and government departments to transform their HR functions to deliver greater value to their parent organisations. He has led and delivered some of the largest, most complex and challenging HR projects worldwide - covering HR strategy, HR organisation design and transformation, HR technology, outsourcing, shared services, and HR/BP capability development. 

Clients include DWP, HMRC, Buckinghamshire County Council, North Tyneside Council, BP, Deutsche Bank, SAB Miller, DuPont, ABN Amro and RWE.  Simon has worked in the UK, Switzerland, Germany, Netherlands, US, and South Africa. 

Prior to joining Deloitte Simon led the PeopleSoft practice at Xansa (now Steria) and co-founded and led the HR ERP consulting practice at Logica.  He has a BSc in Psychology and a Masters in Business Information Technology.  He has trained and presented on many areas of HR and workforce transformation and authored several articles and papers
